Executive Chef/Owner

Sadie Morales is the Owner and Executive Chef at Sadie's Catering. She grew up in the kitchen with her loving parents and sisters, where she cultivated her sincere love for food and people. After she started working in her family's restaurant at the age of twelve, she always gravitated towards the kitchen, where she felt that her strengths would shine in creating from her heart and feeding the people who were dear to her.


She married into a Hispanic family where her wonderful mother-in-law took her under her wing and taught her how to cook her native Latin-inspired cuisine. Her eyes were opened to the tremendously diverse culinary arts world and sparked her passion for what would later become Sadie's Catering. This is still one of Sadie's most treasured cuisines to cook, and the fresh, full flavors continue to inspire her to this day.


Over the next few decades, you could find Sadie in her home kitchen continuously perusing through cookbooks and inventing delicious meals for her amazingly supportive husband, kids, and loved ones. One could say that Sadie's love language is cooking for others. She believes that food and love are inseparable and that you can't have one without the other.

After her children finished high school, Sadie decided that it was time to follow her other passion and create a community where food, love, and family could all co-exist together in her dream business. She finally let her creativity soar, and with her family right by her side, she embarked on one of the most significant endeavors that she had ever undertaken. She started small and slowly but surely, with lots of hard work, her supportive family, fantastic team, and many happy clients, Sadie's Catering has served the community for over 13 years. Sadie says, "The Sadie's Catering family has exceeded any predictions that I could have ever have made about the business…AND I get to work with the best people in the world!!"
